Accumulation of stress in daily life can lead to many harmful
consequences for the body and mind. This introductory workshop will
highlight philosophies and practices from traditional Chinese medicine,
medical Qigong and applied kinesiology to equip participants with
stress-relief techniques and energy-boosting exercises that are easy to
do, safe, and healthy. There will also be a bonus guided meditation
breathing technique that will be taught at the end of the lecture.
Presenter, Junia Chou, is an International Kinesiology College (IKC)
certified Touch for Health practitioner, and a certified Clinical
Hypnotherapist. She is currently a lecturer for the "Natural and
Spiritual Healing" seminar series at Purple Lotus University, and a
Buddhism and Meditation teacher at a K-12 private boarding school.
